What was the highlight of Toyoko Inn Tokyo Haneda Airport No.2
It was a very pleasant stay.
The free shuttle service to the Haneda Airport is very helpful. Besides as some customers start off their journey quite early, it's so kind of the hotel to offer bread and coffee as simple breakfast from 5am. Normal breakfast starting from 6am is also good for some early travellers.

Great experience except for the phishing emails
We booked this hotel for one night near the airport as a one-night stopover because we're expecting to arrive around 10pm and might miss the train/bus to the the city. Our flight got really delayed and we didn't arrive till 2am. We're expecting the taxi from Hanade Airport to he hotel to cost a bomb but it only cost us about 1,600 yen for a total of 4 people. Hotel checking was hassle-free and paid upfront. Breakfast was included and reasonably good. Checkout was just returning the card key via an automated machine. We had a double room, one double bed, firm mattress, really clean, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom all provided. It was end autumn/early winter but we didn't have to turn on the heater (which also doubles up as an air conditioner if needed). Our room was 1 door away from the lift but we weren't disturbed. Room was small though, 2 opened medium-sized suitcases on the floor and we're basically tiptoeing.
The hotel was hacked and I received many phishing threatening cancellation if I didn't provide credit card details. The hackers were very good as the emails looked exactly like the hotel/booking.com genuine emails (thank goodness I'm IT-savvy). I called the hotel twice to verify, was quite a hassle as the staff didn't speak English.

Can’t beat location for an airport hotel!
Breakfast could have had more sweet items to pair with coffee. Bread alone isn’t enough. Location close to airport with FREE frequent shuttle sealed deal for me. Luggage lockers were a bonus as well.
Bedroom could’ve used more lighting. Water bottles gratis would be nice too, keeping pace with other Hotels in Japan.
